ABOUT DTS

One Lab.
One Standard.
Scan to Crown.

DTS is a digital implant laboratory providing treatment planning, guided surgery, and restorative services -
designed and fabricated in-house, by the same clinical team, from first scan to final crown

A Structured Clinical Workflow.
Not a Referral Chain.

DTS provides digital implant planning, surgical guide fabrication, and prosthetic restorations as an integrated workflow - not as a collection of separate services routed through separate departments or external vendors. Every case is managed by the same in-house CDT team from initial CBCT review through final crown delivery.

The standard we hold: the emergence profile defined at treatment planning is the same profile carried into the provisional and the same profile present in the final restoration. The tissue is conditioned to receive a crown that was designed before the implant was placed. Delivery is passive. No empirical adjustment. No guesswork.

All services are performed in-house in the United States.

Ilan Sapir, CDT

Founder & Lead Treatment Planning Specialist

Ilan Sapir, CDT - Digital Dentistry, established DTS after 16 years working across every operational layer of digital implant dentistry: CAD/CAM equipment integration, manufacturing, materials processing, surgical guides development, and institutional-scale treatment planning.

His experience includes development of the first-ever zygomatic and pterygoid minimal invasive Surgical Guides together with in-OR clinical support for those implant cases, and four years leading the digital treatment planning department at one of the largest dental manufacturing organizations in the United States, where he developed guided surgery protocols, designed stackable and bone-reduction guide systems, and built clinical workflows for thousands of cases.

He reviews every case submitted to DTS before fabrication begins.
